About our Founder and CEO

Aconite Creations was established in 2009 by A. E. Smith, a period fashion expert and alternative model. She takes inspiration for all our pierces from historical references in Fashion, Art & Architecture as well as the fascinating natural world of flora and fauna blurring the lines between costume and fashion. 

We are proud to be a female-owned, inclusive company that works to make pieces that make the beauty of all bodies shine.

About our process

Based in the United Kingdom, our micro-company oversees all stages of sourcing, designing and hand-making each and every one of our products. This allows us to be obsessive over quality control. All our pieces are handmade through a proprietary process and rigorously tested to ensure every detail is perfect. We ensure every piece will stand the test of time, no matter what you throw at it. Our customers put us to the test with every wear; swimming, dancing, fighting, diving and stealing center stage over and over again.
